MOON STAG

Moon Stag was inspired by from regular trips to Gunton Park in my home county of Norfolk where the deer roam freely around, within metres of my favourite pub in Norfolk, the Gunton Arms.

This etching was created in 2018 and as you will see is made on a circular copper etching plate, the first time I’ve done this as opposed to most of my other etchings which are on a square or rectangular copper plate. I wanted to see if changing the shape of the plate would compliment the subject matter and overall quality of the artwork.

This piece is regularly exhibited both in Norfolk with Red Dot Gallery a well as with Grandy Art in London. Please enquire below.
