THE INQUISITIVE STAG

Inquisitive Stag was created in 2018. During that time, I was particularly fascinated with this animal and soon after this one created The Moon Stag. Both are part of a series, including a study piece that you’ll find in the shop. 

This piece is created by with a traditional line etch as opposed to the stippling technique used to create the horse works. My choice on whether I choose a line or stippling technique depends on the outline of the animal ie whether it has the coarse hair of a stag or the soft velvet coat of a horse.

This piece is regularly exhibited both in Norfolk with the Red Dot Gallery, as well as with Grandy Art in London. Please enquire below.
